• DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: Non refundable 20% deposit required while booking! Final payment will be accepted in CASH, or CASHAPP ONLY!

• APPOINTMENT PREPARATION: Please be sure to come to your appointment FULLY washed and blowdried! Blow-dry service is offered as an add-on for all styles! Wash and Blow-dry is only offered as an add-on for select styles. ALL Loc Retwists come with a Wash!

  If hair has breakage, please DM or Email me explaining PRIOR to booking!

• BRAIDED/LOC STYLES: Hair IS included for all braided/loc styles! Please list hair color when booking! For braided styles, if your desired length is below waist length, please click on the wanted length under “add ons” for correct pricing. Hair is NOT included for ponytail styles other than a braided ponytail style!

• CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING: If you cancel before 24 hour mark, you will be able to use deposit for a reschedule. If cancel past 24 hour mark, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $40. Appointment Reschedules are only excepted up to 24 hours before the appointment with the same deposit! If past the 24 hour mark, it turns into a cancelation.

• LATE FEE: Past 10 minutes late= $15 late fee. 20 minutes late= a cancelation and will require a new deposit to book again. NO CALL NO SHOWS= full charge of service to the card on file.

• SQUEEZE INS: DM or Email me on squeeze in inquiries! Please note that there is a $30 squeeze in fee!
